Welcome to The Liner Lab (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of The Liner Lab website, platform, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

The Liner Lab is a professional media and content management platform designed for artists, record labels, management companies, radio stations, digital service providers, and other media partners. The Service allows users to store, manage, distribute, request, and access approved audio, video, and related media assets.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Accounts may only be created and used by authorized individuals acting on behalf of a legitimate business or organization.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to:

  • Keep your account information up to date

    License to The Liner Lab

    By uploading User Content, you grant The Liner Lab a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

    Responsibility

    You are solely responsible for your User Content. We do not review or endorse content uploaded by users and are not responsible for its accuracy, legality, or quality.

    5. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

  • Upload content you do not have the legal right to distribute

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

  • Infringe upon intellectual property or privacy rights

  • Upload malicious code, malware, or harmful files

  • Use the Service for unlawful, abusive, or deceptive purposes

    • We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access that violates these Terms.

    6. Liner Requests and Content Distribution

    Liner requests and fulfilled content are governed by visibility, scope, and access rules determined by the Service. Content visibility may be limited by artist, label, network, station, or other criteria.

    The Liner Lab does not guarantee fulfillment of any request and is not responsible for delays, non-fulfillment, or creative decisions made by content providers.

    7. Fees and Billing

    Certain features of the Service may require payment. All fees are disclosed at the time of purchase or subscription.

    Unless otherwise stated:

  • Fees are non-refundable

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled

  • You are responsible for all applicable taxes

    • We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

    8. Intellectual Property

    The Service, including all software, design, branding, and platform features (excluding User Content), is owned by The Liner Lab, LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws.

    We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

    12. Limitation of Liability

    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE LINER LAB, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

    OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Liner Lab, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service

  • Your User Content

    These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.

    Any legal action must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee.
